I recently had a software developer interview with Cisco.
We discussed software design patterns, system scalability, and maintainable architecture principles.
They were also interested in flexible working across different time zones and global collaboration.
I explained that I’ve been working as a contractor, which has allowed me to adapt easily to distributed teams and asynchronous workflows.
