I spoke with the GM on Tuesday, I submitted my resume on wednesday, spoke to the DM on Thursday, was interviewed on Saturday. Drug test and HR interview in the week, I started the following Monday. And that was fast. Most, if you can clear the computer screening (which I applied after I left for old job and the computer told me I was not qualified for lack of experience in that position). Most interviews are easy, but last 3 weeks.

Experience is required, basically have to know how to manage 20+ employees. Depending on district manager, if they are in desperate need, they will hire anyone. Which means they are always hiring, due to not hiring correct candidates

I was sent recruitment emails through indeed a few times. A year later I attended a hiring event, that I was too late for. I called the recruiter and was given a next day interview with the District Manager. We hit it off and spoke for hours. I felt confident that I would get a job offer, which I did.
