Unorganized - the managers never showed up to the interview so we had a 'mock interview' instead of the real thing. They also said they would contact me later regarding the interview but ended up ghosting me.

I was asked to submit a resume and about potential transportation and asked about availability and experience within the interview. It was short and polite with a very laid back appearance.
Professional, well-structured interview with thoughtful questions. Interviewers were respectful, transparent about expectations, and genuinely curious. Process felt organized, welcoming, and aligned with the role’s responsibilities and company culture overall experience.
