Fast and easy nice manager.
Just applied was told to go to a location after I scheduled a time. I went a bit too early for the interview, saw that the manager was already interviewing a few people. I went up to him after he’d finished and asked if he was the manager I was suppose to have an interview with.
After that he asked
“Tell me about yourself and why you want to work at chipotle?”
“If someone disagrees with you how would you handle it?”
“Have you ever taught someone before, if so how did it go?”
“What’s your availability”
It was a pretty easy and casual interview.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
Cancelled a few hours before when I was on my way to the interview. Never once communicated with a human being and was never given any information after I scheduled the interview.
