I showed up to an open house. Because I had applied online earlier I was the first to be interviewed. The interview was really easy it was mostly just small talk and then they gave me a little tour of the building.
They asked me normal interview questions but ultimately they were interested in talking about one of my past "fun jobs".
Later that day I got a call to go back to the site and get finger printed and schedule a drug test. The drug test was a normal pee test. Once all that came back I was scheduled for my orientation and training class.
Easy, quick and not too difficult. Wouldn’t mind going through it again as that’s how easy and smooth the process was. Tried other firms too and the process can be a bit strung out

good people did thorough interview asked a lot of questions about why should they hire you what makes you different what is your business plan and target market and role play la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la
