Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Centene (Tempe, AZ) en mar 2018
Entrevista
Applied online and received an email the next day that my application was being moved to the next step. A couple of days later, a recruiter called & emailed me to set up an interview for the next week. The interview went well, and I felt like I would definitely get an offer. However, I didn't hear anything back from the recruiter for s almost 3 weeks. I reached out a couple of times before being told that they were still reviewing all applicants and I would hear back soon. The next day, I was called with an offer, which I accepted. Next step was the background check. I was warned by the interviewer that this could be a lengthy process, but mine only took about 3 days. I passed and was given my start date.
By far the most disorganized interview process I've ever seen. I had an interview with the recruiter who told me I'd have a response by the end of the week. Two weeks pass just for her to tell me to apply again to be interviewed by leadership. The next day she tells me due to candidate overflow I can't reapply anyway. Which makes no sense on why I had to reapply in the first place. Just be warned they are very disorganized and have no idea what they are doing.

Easy. It was very straight forward. I didn’t have any problems feeling uncontrollably and the questions weren’t hard. The hiring manager was very kind and direct with questions and answers during the process.

2 upper management staff met with me in a conference room and asked me behavioral-type interview questions. They also asked other standard questions, such as to tell them what I know about Centene.
