Phone interview followed by in person. Very relaxed they will sale the job to you more then anything. Simple questions like past sales experiencing personal motivations etc. Nothing to complex or that requires prior preparation.

I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
