It is a professional three tier interview. It does require semi formal/ formal dressing. First one is on the phone with the recruiter followed by a video assessment and a final interview with the General Manager.

I had a wonderful phone interview with a recruiter from this company. This was a very informational interview about the company and was pleasantly pleased. She was very pleasant and down to earth!!!

Just had one interview with the district lead, was a very simple interview. Discussed my previous sales experience and what my goals were for the future. Not too difficult, they were looking for people to fill positions during the holiday season.
