Relatively simple. I submitted an application and resume in store and was called for an interview. The interview was short; I was asked why I wanted to work there and what I thought I could contribute.

Entrevista
Simple and straightforward. Talked to an actual person and not screened through a computer program. Interview was short and based more on personal interaction rather than "gotcha" or quiz-style questions.
It was the longest interview I have ever experienced, with a lot of open ended questions. "Tell me about a time.....". It was much too intense for the position. This is in comparison to professional positions with much more responsibility .

Manager called me approximately a week after I submitted my resume, I went in a few days later and she asked me the basic questions. I wasn't really nervous when she was interviewing me.
