Entrevista
Train wreck of a process. Was kept in 1 room only and left alone for 20 min. waiting after being let in a locked and empty large office during work hours. Did they lay off everyone?! Then spoke with three executives who seemed confused and to have not spoken to each other... All three had different ideas about the position and direction of the company. Place was almost empty. The end seems very near for this co.

Entrevista
The phone interview started off great. I was asked the typical interview questions about background and responsibilities. Everything went great and I was sure I was going to get called in for an on site interview....until the interviewer asked about compensation. After doing much research in the area I was applying for, I mentioned my salary expectations. I was told the job paid $35k and we were required to be "on-call" 24/7 and we had to be in the office from 8-5 M-F cause it would be such a fun place to work. I am sure it's a great place to work but when asked to be on call for every minute of every day I should be able to telecommute atleast a day a week. The interview asked me to think about the salary and if I was still interested to call back. Needless to say, I was not interested in making $25-30k less.
