I applied for the position online and received a phone call from the hiring manager 3/4 weeks after submitting my application. I had two phone interviews, approx. 1 hour each, before being invited to interview in Minnesota. Interview consisted of meeting with 4 analysts and the group manager. Most questions were centered around technical skills along with some behavioral questions.

Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

Describe what would you do if you have a conflict with a team member.
First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.
