Interviewed with 3 members of upper management. Very good experience overall, thoughtful and incredibly smart people. Questions were very basic and easy at first and became more challenging as the interview progressed.

It is a two-step process. In the first step screening interview happens with the human resources. And then in the second step, there are onsite interviews. The onsite interviews are one on one interviews with different people from the hiring team.

The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up a pre-interview. This pre-interview consisted of general interview questions like talking about my experiences on my resume and behavioural interview questions. A few days later I was invited to interview with the director of the department and the interview also consisted of general questions.

Was done through a recruiter who was fantastic - They were prompt, reliable and provided much insight before and after the interview. First round - Done over phone with Client Lead. Second round - Involved a presentation to Client Lead and Managing Partner. Never received feedback which would have been nice - This info would have been great for own development. These people are very high up and appreciate they can be overwhelmed at times though.

  • First round - Very formal with some technical questions. Questions revolved around experience - Technical, strategic and leadership abilities. Second round - Three critical factors for the one client the role would have been revolved around. In all, an enjoyable and reasonable task. Never received feedback which would have been nice.

The interview process was fine and relatively standard starting out. This took place in November of 2020 so during the Pandemic, meaning it was all virtual. I applied on LinkedIn and then was contacted by a recruiter for a phone call interview. This was a standard recruiter interview, asked me questions about my prior experience, and explained more in-depth about the role. At the end of the phone call, he said I would be moved along to the next round which takes place over zoom on the camera, and I would be meeting with not one, but four members of the team I would be working with. This interview took 2 hours, and each person came on for 30 mins and spoke as well as asked me questions. The questions were not difficult and fairly regular questions you would get asked anywhere. The issue was is that I was being asked the same question four times. The interview process was exhausting and left me feeling confused as to whether they meant to be asking me the same questions or they just forgot to prepare and communicate the questions they were each asking. This seemed like it could've been avoided if I had just done a group interview with all of them. That being said, I still was interested in working there. After following up three times with the team and recruiters, I was left with no response. It is months later and I still do not have a response. Considering how far I got and the length of time the interview took up I was confused as to why I never heard back a response. Obviously, I did not get the job but as an employer, it's common courtesy to relay that information. Overall, not a great experience.

I first completed a phone interview with the hiring manager, then was invited to a Zoom interview 3 higher-ups on the team I was interviewing for. I thought the interview went well, and was given a rough timeline of when I would hear back. I followed up 3 separate times and never heard back from anyone at the company after that.

Interviewed by the media planning team 2-3 people. Each interviewer asked several questions for approximately 20 minutes each. Different types of questions were asked like do you prefer working on a team or independently. One interviewer gave a quick tour around the office and asked standard questions about what skills/qualities would be added to team if hired.
