Very extensive, multiple interviews, most panels, some individual. Some testing, and through background check. Did presentation and role play. Interviewed with multiple layers of management from senior executives to peer level. Included a tour of a facility. 2 days in one session, and a second interview in another city a few weeks later.

We use the STAR method. With this method, you answer in a story. Start with Situation, Task, Action, Resolution. You basically answer using an example in a story type concept. This is how we like to do our interview process. We are very big on competencies at our company.

Entrevista
Conducted an over the phone interview, applied on line via website and completed a management simulation. In person interview took awhile and consisted of behavioral questions, additional questions regarding the management simulation and a cognitive assessment. Still going through the process.

very lengthy process that enables the company to get a great understanding of who it is they are hiring. This helps weed out associates with poor work ethic and gain positive associates who are driven for success.
