It is a 5 stage process. You start out with an online application, followed by an online assessment, then a one-way video interview which is followed by a zoom call and a power day.

Very smooth interview process. You are contacted by HR beforehand, and they assist with your case interview preparation. They say you can come from any degree background but you definitely need some prior business knowledge. They expect you to know business equations and terminology.

Entrevista
Applied through careers and received assessment email after 3 days. Assessment was based on behavioral, numerical and logical reasoning. Cleared the assessment and received email for one way interview after 1 week. 7 questions based on a case where we need to compose an email after analysing given data then 3 video recordings where the first video recording was a for motivational question then remaining 2 for the case study.
