I found the enterview to be well organized. I spoke with the TD Bank recruiter and took about 10 minutes. In addtion, it was a general questions about working in Capital One Bank and the experience I had working for them.
Being that I have enough experience I asked him about the benefits and the base salary.

Interviews are very comfortable and relaxed but a lot of questions. Do your research and be friendly with your interviewers.
Share successes and ask good questions.
The interview style is a super day interview. Very stressful and can be tiring because it is back to back to back. I would cut off 2 hours of your day for this.

Long process. I went through a minimum of 5 different interviews. Phone, one-way video, zoom interviews with multiple managers, etc all before getting an offer. Interview process alone took a few weeks.

Standard traditional and too the point. Very relaxing setting didn’t feel like they were grilling you with questions. Very informative and straight forward. Not a panel interview one on one
