Process was very quick and plenty of resources are provided that detail what the process will be like. I took an OA and got some reach out the next week. Took another week after the interview to hear back. The "Power day" interview consisted of a technical, behavioral, and a case interview. My technical interviewer seemed very disinterested as they explained a problem that was not possible to solve in the language I choose. (array of [int, string, int] in Java). After explaining this to the interviewer they copy pasted part of the answer and had me solve it backwards with little help to answer my questions while they were seemingly on their phone while I was working. The other two interviewers were great however, behavioral asks very standard questions and the case interview has you build on a problem over the course of an hour. I was asked about the costs of testing and that developed to me bug fixing a program about that. One interviewer explained to me that the process is very standardized, so unless they change the process the behavioral questions should be the time and you are graded and put to a numerical performance grade and they hire based on that. In addition, the interviewers seem to be ordinary workers so your experience may vary based on how much the interviewer cares.
