Filled in form online, no cover letter required. This was followed by three tests, each of which took about 25 minutes: one on situational strengths, one on verbal reasoning and one on numerical reasoning. While the latter two of these were timed, there was no time limit. I must have been successful because I was then invited to a one-way video interview. This had seven questions, four of which were of the same format: I had three minutes to read the question and formulate a response, after which it started recording my response automatically, giving me three further minutes to answer. Since there was no other human involved I was getting no feedback, and so I was very uncertain about whether my answers had the content they were looking for. This made me nervous. Uploading the recordings took quite some time. The remaining questions were written -- it was unclear whether they were being timed or not. They all involved answering fictitious emails and either performing and explaining calculations or brainstorming ideas. Two of the video questions were followups to these, and involved pretending to be in a video chat with the supposed authors of the emails, though again, as there was no other human involved this was very difficult. I received a very cursory rejection the very next day. No feedback was offered, so I have no idea which parts of my performance were inadequate. To crown it all, they had the cheek to then ask ME for feedback on the application process.

I completed the online test and then received invitation for online video recording round and after that I didn't proceed further. It looks like they focus on company name rather how we person the interview.
