I had an introductory meeting scheduled, and I joined the Teams call on time. However, the recruiter did not join the call, even after 15 minutes. I tried calling and emailing her, but she didn’t answer. A few hours later, I received an email explaining that she had PC issues, which prevented her from joining and that she would like to reschedule.
While it's understandable that technical issues can happen, failing to inform a candidate in a timely manner via phone or email is very unprofessional. It seems very unlikely that her PC stopped working at that exact moment and also that she did not pick up her phone.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
