Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

Everyone was really friendly. There were three steps: an interview with recruiter, a case interview and an interview with a senior manager. I had never practiced cases before, so I was really nervous for the case interview, but my real life experience and a couple of youtube videos took me through it.

similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
