Assessment Centre focusses on Agile skills, Teamwork, creating insights from data, User Experience, Cultural fit & ability to deal with stakeholders/clients
First stage is filling the application form, saying why capgemini and why the role. After is a video interview consisting of 9-10 questions, which consist of technical questions depending on the role and normal questions. If you pass that it’s an assessment center, where you have a group task and an interview.
