Got the interview from campus career fair and the first part of the interview was just behavioral and asked about my past experiences. They just asked me about my how my past experiences can help me and they asked me my greatest strength and weakness. They then asked how I overcame that weakness and how CapTech was very big on treating you like a human and not just a worker.
