The hiring process was extremely demanding: a written Q&A interview, followed by a programming quiz, a coding exercise, and a psychometric/logical reasoning test (Thomas International GIA). I completed every stage successfully, delivering high-quality work with no mistakes in the technical parts, and achieving above-average results in the reasoning test. Despite this, I was rejected without any feedback or explanation. The recruiter signed every email with an invitation to “not hesitate to reach out with any questions,” yet every time I did, my messages were ignored. This felt unprofessional and left a poor impression. If extra non-technical criteria (e.g., location, specific background, internal preferences) were going to be decisive, it would have been far more respectful to apply them earlier instead of making candidates complete an unnecessarily long and time-consuming process. Overall, the process was extraordinarily resource-intensive with zero transparency in the final stage. A serious company should provide constructive feedback, especially after an intensive, multi-step process.

Absolutely woeful hiring process. Never applying to this company ever again. Passed 6 rounds of interviews which included technical assessment and 3 technical interviews, only later to get rejected from the 7th round (Talent Scientist interview). The reason - I have no idea, they didn't tell. Oh sorry, they said that "they went with stronger candidates" then why don't you tell about it after TECHNICAL interviews, or did your HR know better if I'm a good fit for a TECHNICAL position, and other tech people just have no clue.
