Interview took place in a room similar to a integration room. Had Several interviews. Each had a panel of people. Sometimes these people didnt know anything about you or the position. This made it difficult to concentrate. Had a set of questions not even the Interviewes could answer. SOmetimes i felt like they were asking just for ideas.

A bridge is to be constructed between two cities, over a enviromentally senestive area. How would you go about the process.
It’s a structured interview process. You walk in, there’s a binder on the desk and you simply answer what’s in the binder. I was asked four questions and allotted 30 minutes to answer.

Two interviews, straightforward, series of questions with a certain allotted timeframe to answer all of them. You have the opportunity to go back and add detail if needed to answer the question further or to ask the interviewers if they need clarification.

Received a call and was asked if I was available for a certain time/date for a zoom call. Email was sent confirming details of call. During interview, it was a panel of 3 and they took turns asking questions that were also provided in a PowerPoint for one to read
