It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

Applied online, about 2 weeks later had a virtual interview/hiring session. This was with a rep from HR who went over the position in great detail. By the end of the interview you'll know if you're moving to a manager interview with the location you've applied for. After another 2 weeks the manager interview was also virtual using microsoft teams. The questions were mostly safety and on call schedule focused. After about another week and a half I received the offer which then sets up your background and medical screenings. Luckily I was able to schedule both of those within a week and now just waiting for a date to report to training.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
