My two Interviews were over the phone. First one by a lady from there head quarters and the next by the person that would become my boss. I did not meet or see an actual person until I met my boss the day I was trained. It was a different because I've always done face to face interviews.

I had a brief phone interview with the recruiter. They went over some of the basics of the position. They asked if I was interviewing with any other companies. They also asked what my desired hourly wage was. That was followed up by a video interview with the hiring manager.

The interview was on line with multiple people. I found the questions average. The interview then focused on my skill set and what I could bring to the table. The job was laid out in detail. Expectations were set.

th eprocess took about 2-3 weeks. First is online application, and then will receive a telephone call to set a video interview in Skype, next comes with another interview with your future supervisor
