Three rounds of interviews. The first with the recruiter, second with a senior integrations consultant, and the last one with the CEO. The recruiter portion simply asked if I was willing to move to the work location, and asked about my college experience. The second interview tested my technical skills. The final interview with the CEO had him ask me typical personality questions and problem solving scenarios.

I was referred by an employee at Mercer CPSG. The whole process took about a month. I had my first round of interview with the senior hiring manager. He was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire hiring process. It was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Second round was with a senior integration consultant and he asked me for my technical coding skills and relevant experiences. Third round was with the vice president of the company. It was the shortest interview of all three. He gave me a few brain teasers and told me about the culture and the future of Mercer CPSG. I heard back from them two days after the final round.
