I was able to know someone within the company and get an interview with the branch manager. It was a great interview and the individual was very personal, friendly, easy to speak with and it was a fun conversation. I then took a self assessment online to see if I was qualified for sale and passed. I then filled out the online application and was contacted by the manager for my second interview.

Very thorough interview process. The agency manager I met with multiple times was very friendly, honest and straightforward. He wanted to make sure the opportunity was right for both of us.

Online application, followed by a call, and then in-person interview for the position. Long, arduous process. Lots of talk about culture and earning potential. After it was narrowed down to 2 applicants, I was offered the role formally with my wife also at the meeting.
