Its a 3 step Interviewing process. They first spent the time to get to know me and give me the basic information during our phone conversations and brought me in for the interview. We went through more specifics during the 1st interview and I shadowed an employee during the second interview to see how they operate more in depth. I was then two questioned about my goals, Why Core and why they should choose me. They hired me based off my Answers.
