I thought the interview process went okay. We talked about my background and experience. The recruiter told me she would reach out to some of her clients and get back with me the following week because she was getting ready to go on vacation and if I did not hear back from her to give her a call. When I first tried to follow-up with her the receptionist told me she was unavailable so I left a message for her to call me back. Needless to say she never called me back and every time I've called their office since it goes straight to voicemail. Some of these recruiters do bait and switch and only care about meeting their quota.

I was looking forward to this interview. About less than 10min into the interview, I was told the position is being filled by a more seasoned candidate. I was then offered another position, but for about 30-35k less.
