It was a very informal interview process. I had already been working as a temp with the company for a little less than one year. I had a BS degree and had demonstrated ability beyond my temp employee duties. I was specifically sought out to fill an analytic need in corporate.

Asked to describe some reporting I was already doing.
Management asked the right questions, open to training people based on attitude and intelligence. Got the job, wish I'd never left. Would strongly recommend if you're passionate about logistics. Hope to someday return.

Entrevista
Interview with boss and project manager that manages the projects. Did a small test on excel usage to showcase capability of using excel calculations and functions for analytics. Had a small panel interview with the team members and team lead.
