Entrevista
3 interviews total: 1) quick 10 minutes phone interview with recruiter to see if you're a good match 2) 30-45 minute phone interview with recruiter asking questions about what cdw is and does, situational and behavioral questions, and hypothetical questions 3) 45 minute-1 hour in person interview with hiring manager asking more situational, behavioral, and hypothetical questions. It is very well organized and detailed.

When is a goal you set for yourself and how did you achieve it?
Fully virtual didn't talk to anyone. Video question then 3 min response recorded. There was both cultural fit questions and almost no technical questions. They did ask about times where you had to deal with conflict and your best skills.
Not great. Interviewer got upset with me after asking what the highest selling sales team member made yearly. Interview was off from them, they lost interest after and werent really listening to what I had to say.
They rescheduled the interview 3 times with "sketchy" excuses and then emailed saying they weren't interviewing anymore. After emailing to ask why they weren't interviewing for the position anymore I never received a response.
