Someone from HR called me for first screeing. She was very friendly and took time to discuss things with me. Then I was invited for interview. I thought it would be with the Department Head, but instead there were 2 of the Team Leaders. They asked all the normal questions - the interview part was fairly short. And then there was an excel test - 5 tasks in 30 minutes.
