It was the most disorganized and dragged process I have ever been involved . Hiring manager contact me directly for a screening call and after arranging a time that worked for both of us, the person never showed up. I followed up, we rescheduled, the call went ahead and it was ok. They contacted me 2 weeks later to task me with a take home assignment. It took me 2 hours to put a proposal together. After submitted, again it took them ages to acknowledge me. Another 30 minutes call, now a presentation of the assignment. Hiring manager was late, call was cut short as the person was too busy. Got invited for a 2.5 hours onsite and after submitting my availability, they never got back to me. It took a lot of chasing to find out the role had been filled. Very disrespectful and disorganized process. After all the frustration I'm happy it didn't work out.

Applied on the company page. Contacted by HR via email. Was given option on data and time. Was setup with a Phone interview a week later. Phone interview lasted 25 mins
