When I first applied to the EIT positions, I didn't get much feedback at all. But as soon as the HR personal at Braun got involved, the process moved very smoothly. It all started off with a phone interview with one of their HR representatives of the home office in Minnesota. After this phone interview, the HR representative basically did all the hard lifting for me. This person had all of the contact information of all the head engineers in the country, and sent my resume to all of them. Some turned me down, but for the people that were interested, HR immediately got me into contact with this person. And within a few days, I had several Skype interviews set up. It's my honest belief that I wouldn't have the job today without the help of Braun's HR representative. They were all very helpful and i'm sure they will do the same for you.
