Entrevista
Very easy. Fill out the application online. You receive an email from an HR person who will request a phone interview. The HR person gives you a phone interview about 15-20minutes. After the interview, if everything goes well, you will interview at the property most likely with the Property Manager and maybe the Lead Concierge. Maybe a week after the interview, the HR person will call you to let you know that the Property Manager would like for you to come onboard. They give you a formal letter with your start date and salary. You then fill out the new hire paperwork and thats it. However the entire process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months because the HR person might just put you in a pool of applicants and save your phone interview responses for a later time. You may not be forwarded directly to a property manager for an in-person interview right after the phone interview. Do not put all of your eggs in one basket! Be sure to apply for the same position with other Property Management companies as well.

You first look for an opening online and apply in the interested position. You then work with a personnel at HR if they see you fit and then interview with the property manager. You finally interview with a regional manager and are offered the position if selected.

It was very thorough. They screen you to insure that you can perform the duties of this job well, if applying for a full-time position.
