This took a few hours, then we followed up by email about compensation and benefits. From start to finish, it took about 30 days from contact to offer. It helps if you have worked in one of the other major auction houses and know mutual people to be honest. There is little room for BS here, you are selling yourself and your business plan for growth, plus giving the company an idea of staffing requirements and how long it will take to get into positive cash flow territory.
