Typical classified interview process. They are required to interview 3 people...most of the time they know who they want, but they have to abide by the rules. Depending of position- classified (hourly) or professional- exempt/salaried- the process will be slightly different. Classified will usually have a quick phone screen and then an in-person interview with 1-3 people. Professional will usually have a phone interview and then an in-person interview with 3-5 people. Depending on position it could last anywhere from an hour and a half to a couple of days.
