Started with a phone call stating that they are interested. Followed with three subsequent phone interviews with the same person -- should have listened to the red flags here. They asked a lot of questions about my expertise in this area, picked my brain for ideas, seemed like they were interested in me. Instead they were interested in my information. After they got what they wanted, no follow up calls, no response to my calls or email. They used the interview process to gather competitive information for their own gain. Very unprofessional and lacked integrity. Stay away.

My recent experience was similar to the reviewer from 2010 in that the interviewer pressed for competitive information which I declined to share. The process was also very disorganized. Highly unprofessional. Beware.
