Phone interview with HR followed by an online multiple choice question test followed by an in person case study interview with a few of the partners. Overall, wasn't too difficult. 25 questions in 3 hours for the multiple choice questions. For the case studies, go review what the major firms do like McKenzie. It's pretty similar to those. Have a problem, present a solution with supporting evidence.

The multiple choice questions are pretty straightforward and logical. The case studies are all about thinking right there on your feet what are possible hypothesis and presenting evidence supporting them.
