Thorough process with solid initial phone screening by recruiter followed by series of phone and in person interviews with Managers. Seemed that everyone was interested in making sure that they were selecting a candidate that would be a long term fit and not just the best person for the role at hand.

Why do you think you'll be successful in this role?
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.
