The whole process was seamless, they sent an email for the interview. Set up a convenient time for the interview process. Day of interview, over the phone the interviewer was courteous and made me feel comfortable all the way through

Tell me about a time you had to deal with difficult situation
Interviewer asked at least 8 "what would you do" situation questions. They also ask for your availability, explanation of your resume, and personal questions. In the end, they also ask you if they have any questions for them, make sure to ask something to look like you are interested, or else they'll assume otherwise.

Video recording type interview. You will talk about your experiences and they will ask what you would do in certain situations. Overall pretty simple and straightforward. They reach out in about 1 week.
