After emailing and confirming a time to meet, the store AGM sits you down and asks some very routine questions that are very corporate in nature. Was not curated to decide whether you were driven, engaged, or otherwise a good candidate rather that you were sane and able.

A customer approaches you with a problem, however, you were busy assisting another team worker to leave on time for the night. What do you do?
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
