did a phone interview first, followed by an in person interview with the operations manager of the store. They were mass hiring for seasonal employees and the process was very quick and easy

Simple and straightforward. I got a phone call after application. We Scheduled an in person meeting in the brentwood store. They conducted the interview in the office room. They follow up with orientation dates
Pretty straightforward, I was alot to describe from previous work experience. How you know about the company. So make sure when reply dont pause with uhm..... and dont say I dont know and I'm willing to learn
Applied online, then after a few days I got a call to schedule an in person interview. The interview was the manager and another person. They asked me questions and I answered in STAR format. They offered the position to me on the spot.
