Submitted my resume to a recruiter at a career fair. 1.5 weeks later, invited to do online interview (record videos, not live with person). Also included a pretty trivial "programming challenge". 1.5 weeks later, scheduled an interview in a week with recruiter along with developer (40 minutes). Received offer day after the interview. Besides the trivial online "challenge," I was not asked any technical questions. Most talking was about interest in software/personal projects.

They asked about my side projects, a particular guy was unimpressive, i thought the interview will be about my technical assessment but it was the other way. I was asked about data sharing across databases, and was asked to solve a string problem

The interview process involved the typical interview rounds as in other companies. Initial round was a tele phone screening with recruiter, followed by two technical rounds with the corresponding team members.
