Recruited for the role, spoke with recruiter for screening process (good fit for me, for them), Spoke with my direct manager, met in person with my direct manager, have conversation with Regional Director then Head of Sales, performed presentation for direct manager and head of sales, was offered position
It took 4 weeks to get the first phone screen with a recruiter who was late but apologized. I didn’t hear any follow up until someone called to say the position was on hold. This was 6 weeks after my first contact so I did not follow up.

Extensive process and credentials are important. Cognitive test, personality test, executive presentation, drug test and a background check. They don't carelessly hire anyone. It's also important to have extensive experience and past success.
