The recrutment process took place during an entire afternoon. It started by one of the consultants explaining what Bearing Point was followed by 3 interviews. The first one was with a Senior Consultant, the second was where I passed their casse interview. I then passed the last interview with an associate of the company. A very technical and hard interview to be honest. At the end of all this they asked me to write by hand on a paper my impression of the entire process and specifically what I was able to learn from experience. All of this lasted from 2 to 7 PM, it was hard, demanding but I also learnt a lot and appreciated all the process taking place on a single day rather than during multiple weeks.

Entretien consultant classique avec des questions détaillées sur ton parcours puis entretien manager avec un use case et ta motivation pour le poste puis entretien partner. Refus après 3 semaines du 3ème entretien avec un mail automatique.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr angenehm, mir wurde viel über das Unternehmen erzählt und ich hatte auch die Möglichkeit, meine Fragen einzubringen. Das Gespräch ging länger als geplant. Mir wurde insbesondere sehr viel über die Bildungsmöglichkeiten von BP erzählt.
