The process took about two weeks. I initially spoke with Ilana in HR who asked me some basic questions on my history and style. She then scheduled an interview for the next week with Loni, the VP of accounts, who asked me some more specific questions about the position. I got an email a week after the second interview letting me know that they decided to go with another candidate. Both interviewers were professional and transparent about the process. Even though I passed up for the position, I was very impressed with the hiring team's open communication and follow up.
