pretty light, basic behavioral questions asked about skills as well. not too bad compared to to other interviews ive taken. one question was aksed about my background and i responded in good fashion.
1. Phone call screening by recruiter.
2. Second phone call by hiring manager.
3. Third phone call from recruiter to confirm availability for in-person interview.
4. Panel interview in-person of about 3 hrs with different groups.

Very Good and easy. Prepared with basics of your profile and be natural self. Prepare and relate to value of Bayer though post joining you will not find reflection if you are working in Eastern part of India.
