They called me for an interview just to tell me the position was already filled. Honestly was a complete waste of time. Also, their starting pay is low compared to Adventhealth
Met with recruiter then told I’d meet with the hiring manager! Waiting to meet with them in October! I’m hoping I get the position. The recruiter was very nice and easy to talk with.

The interviews are usually conducted through Teams with a group of different leaders and managers. They will ask you a series of questions and determine if your personality matches with their company values. I would prep in advance!
