Interesting. Three rounds of the interview. You meet with a recruiter and depending on the phone screening, you’ll get sent an invite to talk to the head of that department. Once you pass two rounds, you’ll meet with the CEO and the conversation lasts for an hour. Not a lot of technical questions, but they do ask you for a lot of culture fit questions. Honestly, it’s an easy process. I just think they have a sort of culture type they are looking for.
